    Hi, my name is Jamiell Gonzalez. To my clients, I am “Coach Railz”.  I became a personal trainer in 2022, but have been a coach formy own brand called “TrapRope Jump!n” for over a year.  In 2018, I was diagnosed with stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease.  My doctor told me,I needed to change the way I ate and I had to lose weight to decrease the chances of damaging my kidney’s even more. This illness was connected to my time in the U.S. Army. We would not always have enough water during our deployment due to air strikes halting transportation with supplies. That diagnosis lead me to developed a workout regiment I called “TRJ”.  It  helped lower my blood pressure and manage my weight loss.
